• Manage calls to customers and suppliers
• Take orders and generate and invoice (quotation where applicable).
• Quality control products being dispatched and their correspondence with orders.

• Ensure proper stock taking of supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Filing of documents
• Provide assistance to walk-in customers
Qualifications:
Qualifications

• At least an Associates Degree

• 3 or more years of experience in similar role

• Computer literate.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, responsible, a problem solver, use own initiative and punctual.

• Experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

• Proficiency in MS Office and Sage 50 Accounting (formerly Peachtree)
