Courts Jamaica will be giving their customers an opportunity to meet the Jamaica Tallawahs as activities get into high gear for the 2015 staging of the Caribbean Premier League CPL T20 cricket tournament.
Four of the players will be at the flagship Constant Spring store on Monday, June 15 from 4pm to 6pm, signing posters and taking photos with their fans. The Jamaica Tallawahs team members who will be in-store are: André Russell, Nikita Miller, Krishmar Santokie and Rusty Theron.
Cricket fans will remember the heroic performance by André ‘Superman' Russell and the strong bowling of Nikita Miller from last year's exciting event. Impressive seam bowler Krishmar Santokie joins the Tallawahs after helping the Guyana Amazon Warriors to a spot in the 2014 finals. South African batsman Rusty Theron is a new addition to the Tallawahs. He is expected to provide support to the batting lineup led by Chris Gayle, Russell and cricket legends Mahayla Jayawardene and Daniel Vettori.
Director of Marketing, Janet Sylvester, says this is a great way to give customers a memorable experience. "We are very excited to welcome the Jamaica Tallawahs to Courts Constant Spring. Jamaicans love cricket and we know our customers will be coming out to show their support. They can meet the players and shop to enter for their chance to win a trip to see the semi-finals and finals of what has to be the best party in cricket. We are always looking for ways to engage our customers as we continue ‘Bringing Value Home'," says Ms. Sylvester.
Courts is a regional partner of the CPL T20, known as the biggest party in sports.
