Kingston, Jamaica – Thursday, September 15, 2016: Beginning this Friday, over two million Digicel customers wanting more free minutes and super-sized mobile data will be able to take advantage of the company’s newest and best value standard prepaid offer – the ‘Double Dat’ Value Plan.

As an example, a prepaid customer will get one free minute for every paid minute on a call to any local number; making Digicel the first network in Jamaica to offer customers free minutes while calling any number in Jamaica. This free minute formula will also apply for calls to the USA, Canada or landlines in the UK. The same customer will also receive double the data on their first data plan purchase of the month worth $200 or higher.

All the other great Digicel prepaid benefits customers have come to know and love are included in the Double Dat plan. Additionally, the popular first-of-the-month bonus which offers free call credit and data will be included in Double Dat. Other Double Dat benefits include free nights with top-up of $200 or more and 500 Digi-Digi texts free after sending the first five messages.
