SBE Business Support Centre was established in 2010 as a private organization to provide the Small Business Sector with specialized services in business coaching, business plans, financial statements and other relative services. In 2016, SBE has rebranded and rename SBE Construction and Business Development Services Ltd.

The company’s primary focus is to use the Blue Ocean Strategy as a business development tool to strengthen the capacity and export readiness of farmers through training and the use of technology in farming practices. SBE recent survey at Denbigh 2016, revealed that there is an urgent need to equip the Jamaican Farmers with modern skills. In keeping with the Government policy, SBE will be hosting four (4) farmers’ Workshops under the theme “ Supporting Agriculture Through Training and Export Marketing “ in the parishes of Mandeville, St. Andrew, St. Elizabeth and St. Mary. These workshops will commence on October 12-15; (Mandeville) October -27 - 29 (Kingston); November 10-12; (St. Elizabeth); November 17-19 and (St. Mary) 2016 respectively.

Participation includes: JEA, JAMPRO, JIPO, People’ Co-operative Bank, Bureau of Standard Jamaica (BSJ); QSSI, Jamaica Custom and sponsors are: Mandeville Weekly, Mandeville Hotel, and Jamaica National Small Business Loan (JNSBL).
