An established Manufacture’s Representative and Distribution Company is looking for an outgoing and ambitions Sales Executive to help meet our customer growth goals. The individual will be establishing strong relationships with every existing and potential customer.
As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, assisting with orders, answering inquiries and being reliable and flexible team player. A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with current and potential customer while providing outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
• Manage customer accounts
• Respond to incoming calls and emails from current customers and potential customers
• Prepare Request for Quotation, Issue Proforma, follow up with principals / suppliers and customers for payment.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with Buyer to understand their business needs and objectives
• Make recommendations for new items to sell based on customers’ needs and feedback |
