The REALTORS® Association of Jamaica seeks the services of an Accountant to join its team. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare, analyse and maintain financial records.

Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and investment activities of the organization. Will be responsible for the daily financial activities of the Association’s Secretariat.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level Two (completed)


• At least six (6) years in a similar position, two (2) of which should be at the
supervisor level. Strong Knowledge of Real Estate business (preferred)


• Excellent Analytical and decision-making skills.

• Excellent Accounting and Administrative skills.

• Excellent time and organizational management skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Good customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of accounting software applications including Microsoft Suite (Excel).

• Ability to explain financial reports to individuals and groups of various experience levels.

• Ability to work on own initiative.

• Detail oriented and highly confidential.

• High level of integrity and loyalty.
