Law Firm Based In Kingston
We are seeking to recruit an Attorney-At-Law with experience in land law including conveyancing, family law, estate planning, personal injury, commercial contracts and civil litigation.
Additionally, the candidate must have prior experience in:
• Providing legal advice and solutions to clients based on the local laws, legal precedents, court procedures and practice direction guidelines;
• Conducting legal research, gathering evidence and investigating activities for the client’s case
• Representing clients in court proceedings for trials, arbitrations, hearings and mediations;
• Preparing pleadings, notices and making appearances in court;
• Drafting, reviewing and managing court documents, contracts, deeds and other legal documents;
• Negotiating settlements;
• Managing and overseeing paralegals and legal assistants
