A commuter having passed through the river chaperoned by one of the residents, lotions her legs before continuing her journey to Kingston. Following the passage of Tropical Storm Gustav last week caused part of the Harbour View Bridge to collapse, marooning persons living in East HarbourView and St. Thomas.
