Career Opportunities An industrial supplies company invites suitable qualified applicants to fill the following vacancies: - Sales & Operations Co-ordinator Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales coordination or operations support, preferably in an industrial setting. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Inventory Control System Software and Microsoft Office Suite. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate sales orders from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, invoices, and purchase orders. • Assist in inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain coordination. • Work closely with the operations team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all sales and operational activities. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Analyze sales data and provide reports to support decision-making. Technical Sales Officer Qualifications: • Tertiary diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. • Previous experience in a technical sales or customer service role, preferably in an industrial setting. • Familiarity with Inventory Control System Software. • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex product information. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • A strong customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers in selecting products and provide technical information as needed. • Prepare accurate quotes and commercial proposals for customers. • Manage over-the-counter sales and ensure a smooth purchasing experience. • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to build relationships with clients. • Process transactions and maintain records using DacEasy software (knowledge of this software is a plus). • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth. • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
